He was the sight of my life
I could die now- happy
He was magnificent - I'd
Never seen anything like him
And likely never would again
He had an enchanting posture
Handsome black pants
Black and white suit all over
But not in a regular suit way
It was variegated- like striped in places
Even iridescent, and flamboyant in others
Especially near the lower back
And there was bright red ornamentation
High up, that decorated his already beautiful appearance
He loved the ladies, and they loved him
I was lucky to get to glance him
I'd walked many miles to do it
He was splendiferous
One of a kind, most certainly
Then sunset came, and suddenly…
He stood up straight, puffed up his chest, and…
R-R-R-Rrrrrrrrr!
And in 5 minutes, he was perched up with his ladies
Where he was no longer visible
But I was satisfied.
I'd gotten to see him.
On my way there, I'd gotten stung by a bee
And it hurt so bad I screamed
But once I'd gotten to see him,
It seemed no matter
No matter at all
I'd gotten to see the sight of my life
