The great thing about a pub, is that it's easy to get in. Arguably, it's easy to get out as well, unless you've had one too many of bartender's special. Last weekend, I read about a topic I considered magic for a long time: public-key cryptography. I find it incredible that there's a way to reproduce a physical key in the virtual world. It works the same. It lets you get in. What's impressive is to see that other physical concepts are also translated to the virtual space, such as signatures. Signing a document means you've interacted with it, that it's from you. Digital signatures can prove the same thing. But they are digital. Cheers to the future!
