thanks!!! i've been deriving a lot of fun and joy from it. it's just fun to play with dough and it feels good to have made something tangible. and, of course, i get lots of free bread too :)

I worked in a bakery in my late teens. Wasn't a baker, just there for the shit work. Washed a lot of trays and large mixing bowls and such. Many forearm burns, because no matter how careful one tries to be, the slightest graze of the oven was anathema to that skin.

god this just reminded me of the near burn i got from touching a tray that just came out of the oven. extreme heat is evil i tell you!!!
