Ah yes, there is a certain pleasure in giving one's spouse a lengthy commentary on the ills of the world every now and then.

It is preposterous how much white people fixate on skin color! *wink wink*

On a more serious note, I have noticed that eurodescendants do have a learned cultural idea of their own superiority, such that most of them tend to have such deep-rooted ideas that could be called "racist", even the notion of race is, I am informed, an european one.

But in general, whenever somebody says something like "<color> people are such and such", you can safely remove "<color>" and still be about as right (or wrong). Turns out, people at large have very bad qualities.
