Re:Discussing about Gemini on Gemini?
I, too, would like to see specialized Antenna instances for topics, especially fiction. Two problems I see with it, though:
Still, something to think about.
I have seen this thread, too. Somehow my brain insists that Antenna has filters. So it would be a matter of getting that to work better. But now I'm unable to find a reference %^> It's not /that/ late yet, is it?
Apart from that, several instances, possibly with cross sync, won't do any harm, imho.
~bartender? I would like to have a lager, please! And a round of tapas, whatever ~remy can fix up, for everyone! :-)
Antenna does have filters, though I think each user has one filter for themselves, which means it doesn't solve the same problem as topical antennas. I guess you could create yourself several filters with separate client certificates, but again, not useful for non-technical people.
Thanks for the tapas!
/me munching away :)
And there is this other project trying #tags ...gemini://freeshell.de/gemlog/2022-01-04.gmi
This might be another solution, as long as the #tags themselves don't get polluted.
All of this goes back on "how do you discover gemini space"...
I do use the Lupa crawler list once in a while :-)gemini://gemini.bortzmeyer.org/software/lupa/lupa-capsules.gmi
And there isgemini://tilde.team/~sumpygump/explore/
But of course, that's a hackers delight and not a "solution".
