Method I used to create this cipher:
1.) Set keyboard layout to programmer dvorak
2.) Put fingers on home row
3.) Shift hands to the right by one key (index fingers on the G & K keys on a qwerty keyboard)
4.) Touch type the message (as if you are typing in programmer dvorak)
