I'm atKing (~atking) and I usually hang around the spaces where I'm useful - as in converting files from Flash to Scratch on people's MSPFA.com projects, and hanging around on some streamers' communities. But on the side, I tend to explore the streets a lot - and on one of my walks across the gemini tubes and checking out m15o's pages, I found this site.
This seems like a nice place.

Until some late night wandering down the alleys I had never heard of gemini (avoids the glaring stares), but the regulars are a friendly bunch.
~bartender, a glass/cup/mug/chalice/flagon/containment vessel of what ever they want for the new face. And a cuppa tea for me, and pass me the sugar bowl.

if you have the time, ASCII art is not too hard to master, it's vague enough to get away with technical stuffups. i'm not the best digital artist either although i do follow TwoHeadedAnimal who are pretty cool

australia? huh. i keep ending up with friends in oceania, i wonder why that is.
i'm running a pretty old computer even though i have access to a recently made (but cheap) cell phone- so any ascii art, old japanese style text emoji, etc. would have to take that into account.
i actually don't have an account there yet, i just read fanadventures at my own pace and manually save the last page i was at as a bookmark.
i've considered joining there, and also considered joining discord. the main reason i'm here besides the community is there are times my sensory issues are worse because i'm emotionally burnt out for the day.
i also keep hearing about some "gemini" thing but i'm not sure about installing anything since i share this computer with my mother and grandmother.
