Good day all.
I hope you've all had a good week and that the weekend is a chance to relax and enjoy what ever!
I survived the week minus my boss. He's my deflector shield from senior management grand* ideas. He is the diplomat, I just tell 'em "no - daft idea".
Might have something to do with me not being promoted.
I am lucky as he is more of a coach than a boss.
* grand: ego projects / inter departmental point scoring / oh look CEO I am a good boy...
Started creating a mainly text website design inspired by my recent web-wanderings. It focuses the mind on the purpose of a site, the 'why'. Useful for work...
The surprise of the weekend was finding a bouncy castle on the front lawn. Neighbours daughter's birthday. Seems both parents had thought the other had asked us... can't be angry at kids having fun.
Thanks for listening. Helps me forget a while.
You all have a good one whatever you're doing!

I think getting old has less to do with physical age, and more to do with being crushed by financial obligations.
If you're doing well financially and dont have too many vices (or many good habits to spare), I think you're immune to aging and dont need to expose yourself to needless stress
